To join the Caledon Chamber of Commerce, fill out the following form online or
print out this document, fill it out, and fax it to (905) 857-7405.

Dues Schedule
Level 1 - Under 10 Employees - $217.35 per year (+ HST)
Level 2 - 11 - 25 Employees - $336.38 per year (+ HST)
Level 3 - 26 - 74 Employees - $455.4 per year (+ HST)
Level 4 - Over 75 Employees - $569.25 per year (+ HST)

Membership in the Caledon Chamber of Commerce includes automatic membership in
the Ontario Chamber of Commerce (O.C.C.) ($10/member annually) and membership in
the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (C.C.C.) ($2.25/member annually; 2011)
There is a one time initiation fee of $50.00 on new memberships

I/We hereby make application for membership in the Caledon Chamber of Commerce. If this application is accepted by the Board of Directors, I/We agree to pay in advance fees for a period of 12 months, and agree to be bound by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Caledon Chamber of Commerce (available upon request). All corporate members are responsible for the charges incurred by their designated members.
